Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event a confirmed reservation must be cancelled or rescheduled, the following policies apply:
Refund:
For a cancellation received at least 14 days prior to confirmed arrival date, the deposit is refundable, less a $20 administrative fee.
No Refund:
The deposit is nonrefundable for a cancellation received 14 or fewer days prior to the confirmed arrival date.
Early Departures/Delayed Arrivals:
If either arrival date is later or departure date is earlier than confirmed the guest will be responsible for the full charges of the confirmed reservation.

- Discounts for AAA and CAA members (Except high season).
- Rates do not include 7% sales tax.
- Rates are quoted for one or two people.
- Extra person charge is $15.
- Children 10 and under stay free in parent's room (limit 2 per room).
- Smoke-free environment.
- Pet friendly rooms available - $25.00 per night fee applies
(Must call to reserve).
- A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required when you reserve.
- Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will result in your deposit being refunded less a $20 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in a forfeit of the entire deposit.
